A 1947 first edition Bartender's Guide by Trader Vic (no dust cover). Truly a magnificent vintage mixology book that was made in several colors including a beige hard cover, a red hard cover, and this bold yellow hard cover. This vintage guide is filled with more than 1,500 cocktail recipes, illustrations, and how to choose the perfect glass for your handcrafted beverage.

Condition: Very good vintage condition with very mild signs of age/wear. The hardcover is in very good shape overall. The binding is tight/secure. The interior pages are crisp and clean. Please note: there's some very mild yellowing that occurs to paper over the course of decades. But overall the interior/pages are in very good vintage condition. There's a small brown stain on the last part of the exterior pages that can be seen when you open the book to those pages (a bit larger than a pinhead) and likely a drop of an old liquor/spirit that splashed onto the book when the original owner was crafting a cocktail from it (we attempted to capture it in photo #10 but it doesn't show up very well). In short, this book is in very good vintage condition with mild signs of age and wear.Truly a magical and rare mixology guide.
