A gorgeous set of 8 Art Deco red lucite muddler stirrer spoons, in their original silk-lined box. These silver-plated spoons are stirrers with flattened tips for "muddling" (see photos #8 and #9 for reference) and a cherry red lucite ball finial that screams Art Deco. Truly a breath-taking set.

A popular drink in the 1920s and 30s was the Old-Fashioned cocktail which consisted of whiskey, water, sugar, bitters and a slice of orange. The contents were "muddled" in a glass. The muddler was often left in the old-fashioned glass and served. So why not serve your cocktails in elegance and style with these stunning Art Deco muddler spoons?!

Condition: Great vintage condition. The silver-plating is vibrant overall (there's very minimal tarnish the buyer can polish away, if they choose to). The lucite red ball tips are in excellent condition (no crazing or cracks). The box shows mild but noticeable age/wear on the right hande side (where the black exterior has worn away in a few small areas). The box features an Art Deco gold detailing along the outer edges. The brass clasps close perfectly. Overall, this set of spoons in in very good vintage condition and truly a stunning one.

Hallmarks: "ESPN Made in England" can be found on the back of each spoon and "Made in England" can be found on the bottom of the box in gold lettering.

Measurements: These spoons measure just shy of 4 3/4" in length

This set includes 8 spoons and 1 case
