A lovely Art Deco designed set of silver-plated sword cocktail picks, early 1950s. Such a stunning set. There are a total of 12 swords and they "rest" in an interior holder on the bottom of the stand. No words to express how magnificent this set is. The stand's bottom has a "scalloped" detailing to it. The swords have the most gorgeous Art Deco sword finial as does the top of the stand's finial. This set is a true vibrant silver tone. Any gold "hue" you see is from the camera's flash. 1) There's mild tarnish in a few areas including on the swords as well as the interior area that "holds" the swords
2) Some of the swords show what we refer to as general "age" and surface wear
3) There's tarnish on the very bottom of the stand (where the screw is)
All picks are straight. The silver-plating is vibrant overall. In short, this set is in good vintage condition with mild signs of age/tarnish. It displays beautifully. Truly a stunning set.
