A lovely Art Deco designed pewter jigger, circa 1950s. Such a lovely piece. This double jigger features a "flared" double-ended shape with a raised Art Deco design. Heavier in weight, this jigger has a solid feel to it. The pictures don't do this piece justice and we'll likely re-shoot it and add new photos. Truly a lovely bar measure.
Condition: Good vintage condition with mild signs of age/wear. We like to be thorough, so here's a complete Conditions Summary:
1) This piece has what we refer to as "general surface wear" which includes micro fine scratches here and there
2) There's a scratch to the very bottom interior of one of the ends of the jigger (likely from a cleaning tool used on it in the past) -- see photo
3) There's a small "scrape" area on the smaller end of the jigger's exterior
4) There's mild tarnish in a few small spots
We know the above sounds nit picky, but we like to be through. In short, this jigger is in good condition but does show signs of age/surface wear including fine scratches and tarnish. It displays beautifully.
Hallmarks: "Royal Selangor Pewter" can be found in the smaller end of the jigger's interior bottom
