A stunning silver-plated antique flask by Wilcox, early 1900s. This flask is nothing short of stunning and has a magical feel to it. Extremely heavy in weight, this flask is solid and well-crafted. It features a raised (3-D like) floral pattern. The flask is Telescopic or collasible and creates a "shot glass" when needed. It folds into itself and serves as the screw-on cap, when not in use. The cap still has its original cork interior. Truly a breath-taking piece.

Maker: Wilcox Silver Plate Co.

A bit about this vintage manufacturer: The Wilcox Silver Plate Co. (1867-c. 1980) was formed in Meriden, Connecticut. From 1865 to 1867, it was known as the Wilcox Brittania Co.[1] In 1898, the company was acquired by the International Silver Company, headquartered in Meriden. After the acquisition, the Wilcox Silver Plate Co. brand continued until at least c. 1980.

Hallmarks: W.S.P. & Co. 27" can be found on the bottom of the flask

Condition: Very good condition overall for a flask that's well over 100 years old. The silver-plating is in great shape overall and vibrant, beyond some mild tarnish. There's a small spot of wear/discoloration to the silver-plating on one corner (see photo #4). There's very mild wear to the bottom of the flask. There's mild tarnish to the very top of the screw on cap. The cork interior has minor wear but is in tact. No dents or dings. In short, this antique flask is in good vintage condition overall but does show mild signs of age/wear. It's truly a breath-taking flask that has a magical feel to it..

**Please note: we have not tested the collaspible shot glass for leakage.
