A quick summary on this glassware manufacturer: Bartlett-Collins was started in 1914 in Oklahoma when Bartlett, an Oklahoma oil man, teamed up with Collins, an East Coast glass man. Together they formed Bartlett -Collins. The company was noted for its hand-pressed and blown tableware, stemware, and kitchenware and some of their most popular Mid Century glasses include the North Star pattern and their "Under The Sea" seahorses pattern. The Asterisk pattern was created specifically for Bartlett Collins by Mid Century design Russel Wright.

These glasses are in very good vintage condition overall with very minor signs of age or wear. The glass clarity is perfectly clear (no cloudiness). We like to be thorough when it comes to our vintage pieces, so here's a full summary:

1) PLEASE NOTE: this pattern came in a gold accent as well as a platinum silver tone -- 5 of these glasses feature the silver platinum starbursts and 1 glass (one of the Turquoise) features the gold starburst accent. So this set includes 5 glasses with the platinum accent and 1 glass has the gold starburst accent.
2) The enameled Asterisks have very, very minor wear (on only there are two very, very small spots of wear).
3) There is very, very minor wear to the gold and platinum starbursts (very minor) on the green tumbler, orange tumbler, and yellow tumbler.
4) These glasses originally came with a very subtle gold rim (very thin and subtle) and most of that is gone from this set.

In short, this set is in very good vintage condition with very minor wear and age. They display beautifully. Cheers!
