A lovely Art Deco-inspired cocktail shaker by Cromargan WMF. This gorgeous shaker was made in the 1980s and 90s. Heavy in weight this piece is 100% 18/10 stainless steel and has the most incredible elegant Art Deco design including a stunning ball top. This shaker was sold at places like the Museum of Modern Art in NYC when it was first released. Truly a stunning piece.

Maker/year: Cromargan, 1980s

Measurements: Approximately 9" tall

Hallmarks: "Cromargan WMF Stainless Steel 18/10" can be found on the bottom of the shaker

Condition: Good vintage condition but with noticeable signs of age and wear. The stainless steel is in very good shape and vibrant overall but does show mild surface and some wear in a number of places. We like to be thorough when it comes to our vintage pieces, so here's a full summary:

1) There's general surface wear
2) There's wear to the chrome in a few small places on the strainer area --
3) There's wear to the interior that will likely not polish away - see photo #5
4) There's wear to the very top interior area -- see photo #7
5) There's mild tarnish to the underside the the lid/strainer area

There are not dents or dings and the stainless steel is very vibrant overall -- so much so it was impossible to capture photos without picking up everything else in the room including our wooden ceiling beams. In short, The cap and lid fit snugly. In short, this shaker is in good vintage condition with signs of age and and wear; it displays beautifully.

**Please Note: we typically do not test our shakers for leakage. We offer a variety of vintage shakers (both usable as well as collectible/display only). We are happy to put our shaker through a thorough leakage test (which involves filling it with liquid and rigorously shaking it) -- please message us if you'd like us to test this particular shaker. Cheers!

**On shipping: We take our packaging very seriously and carefully wrap all pieces well to ensure safe delivery. If you buy multiple pieces/sets, we will combine shipping if possible (glassware sets typically ship in their own box to ensure safe arrival) and will reimburse you for any shipping overages.

****Important to note pre-purchase: Buyers, please examine all photos carefully as we cannot accept returns due to the fragile nature (the possibility of breakage or damage when being shipped back) of our vintage/antique pieces. Our items are true vintage pieces that might have manufacturers flaws, flaws from age, or imperfections in general from being vintage. We try to explain the condition/description in an accurate and thorough manner but we ask that you please examine all photos carefully and ask all questions before purchasing an item as we are unable to accept returns due to the risk of breakage/damage.
