A stunning set of four (4) Mid-Century Culver Canella glasses. Truly a breath-taking set that screams Hollywood Regency. The pattern is heavily "embossed" or textured with Culver's 22k gold "Canella" design (a basketweave pattern) and truly breath-taking! The vibrancy of the gold as well as the texture is simply gorgeous.

*This pattern is often spelled two different ways: "Canella" and "Cannella" -- (the correct spelling is Canella) -- so we use both for search purposes.

We are also selling a Canella ice bucket. Please see other listings.

A quick summary about this glassware maker: Culver was famous for their stunning decorative glassware in 22-karat gold – think lavish and opulent cocktailware of the 1950s and 60s. In the late 1950’s, Culver started the application of the 22-karat gold to their glassware. Fun fact: the super-heated, roll-on process of gold remains a secret today. The Canella pattern is the pinnacle of their patterns and oozes Hollywood Regency and vintage glam!
