A stunning set of 8 Culver "Gold Rings" tumblers/glasses. This pattern is simply stunning with gold rings that have "texture" on the top and bottom edges of all the rings. The gold inside the textured edges is a lovely, softer "matte" gold (not shiny). We took photos in several different lighting settings to try and capture the pattern. Truly a breath-taking set.

A quick summary about this glassware maker: Culver started the application of the 22-karat gold to their glassware. Fun fact: the super-heated, roll-on process of gold remains a secret today. Culver comes in a variety of patterns including gilded mushrooms, owls, cats, wildlife, Egyptian or Asian inspired design themes, scrolling leaf patterns, holiday designs, sports motifs and many others. This Gold Rings pattern is the essence of Hollywood Regency and vintage glam!

Measurements: 5 1/2" tall x 2 3/4" in diameter.

Hallmarks: Please note: these glasses to NOT bare the Culver signature.

Condition: Very good vintage condition overall with general/minimal signs of age and wear. The glass is clear and has total clarity (no cloudiness). Zero chips or nicks or cracks. There is some mild wear and age to some parts of the gold rings (likely purely from age and not from use). Also please note: these glasses all have "seams" (purely due to the way the pattern was applied to the glass) that often resulted in what appears to be a "seam". It's subtle but can be seen on each glass. Again, purely the nature of many MCM glassware patterns and they way they were applied. There's also general wear/mild scuffing to the very bottoms of some of the glasses. In short, these glasses are in very good vintage condition with mild signs of age. They display beautifully.

>>Please note: Mid Century glassware often has imperfections (i.e. tiny bubbles in the glass, or a "seam" from when the glass was being created (mentioned above), an extra spot of gold or enamel that made it on a clear part of the glass, etc -- purely the nature of vintage glassware).

**On shipping: We take our packaging very seriously and carefully wrap all pieces well to ensure safe delivery. Please note: we are not making a penny on shipping. We pack our items securely to ensure safe arrival (especially our glassware, which means a larger, heavier box)! These glasses will be double-boxed. If you buy multiple pieces/sets, we will combine shipping if possible (glassware sets typically ship in their own box to ensure safe arrival) and will reimburse you for any shipping overages.

****Important to note pre-purchase: Buyers, please examine all photos carefully as we cannot accept returns due to the fragile nature (the possibility of breakage or damage when being shipped back) of our vintage/antique pieces. Our items are true vintage pieces that might have manufacturers flaws, flaws from age, or imperfections in general from being vintage. We try to explain the condition/description in an accurate and thorough manner but we ask that you please examine all photos carefully and ask all questions before purchasing an item as we are unable to accept returns due to the risk of breakage/damage.
