A stunning set of 7 Mid-Century Culver Greek Key roly poly glasses. This pattern is from the 1980s (please note: Culver did an earlier version of this pattern that was more "raised" or embossed; this pattern is not that one, this pattern is circa 1980s and is "flat", meaning not a raised texture). These glasses are downright spectacular. They feature a gold "Greek Key" pattern (the back interior is a Turquoise blue). Why not sip your cocktail in one of these lovely roly poly glasses/!

A quick summary about this glassware maker: Culver was famous for their stunning decorative glassware in 22-karat gold – think lavish and opulent cocktailware of the 1950s and 60s. In the late 1950’s, Culver started the application of the 22-karat gold to their glassware. Fun fact: the super-heated, roll-on process of gold remains a secret today. Culver continued making glassware in the 1970s and 1980s. Culver comes in a variety of patterns including gilded mushrooms, owls, cats, wildlife, Egyptian or Asian inspired design themes, scrolling leaf patterns, holiday designs, sports motifs and many others.

Hallmarks: None. These glasses do NOT bare the Culver signature.

Measurements: 3 1/2" tall x 3" in diameter

Condition: Good vintage condition with noticeable signs of wear. The glasses are are in great condition (perfect clarity, no cloudiness). No chips or nicks. However, there is some "wear" to the gold pattern in a few places. Two of the glasses show more wear than the other 5. See photo #4 for reference. In short, these glasses are in good vintage condition with mild signs of wear. They display beautifully.
