A breath-taking set of 4 Culver jeweled rocks glasses. This pattern is similar to Culver's "Charm Bracelet" pattern but slightly different in that there are no ballerinas or pearls. This pattern consists of jeweled butterflies, song birds, and flowers. Truly a breath-taking and rare set.

A quick summary about this glassware maker: Culver started the application of the 22-karat gold to their glassware. Fun fact: the super-heated, roll-on process of gold remains a secret today. Culver comes in a variety of patterns including gilded mushrooms, owls, cats, wildlife, Egyptian or Asian inspired design themes, scrolling leaf patterns, holiday designs, sports motifs and many others. Culver's jeweled patterns remain their most popular patterns to this day.

Maker/era: Culver Ltd., Mid Century

Hallmarks: All glasses are signed "Culver"

Measurements: 3 1/2" tall x 3 1/2" in diameter

Condition: Very, very good vintage condition. The gold is vibrant. The glass clarity is perfect (no cloudiness). All glasses have their jewels. We don't see any gold loss. These glasses have been in a display cabinet for decades. Truly a stunning set.

Please note: Mid Century glassware will have common imperfections such as extra glue residue around/near the jewels, tiny flaws within the glass, etc. All common occurrences for 1950s and 60s glassware.

In short, this set of glasses is in very good vintage condition with hardly any gold loss, a few missing jewels, and a few opaque spots that were likely from glue residue when the jewels were applied. Truly a stunning set that displays beautifully.
