A gorgeous set of 6 Culver "Mushrooms" glasses, Mid Century. These lovely Old-Fashioned Glasses feature a stunning "raised" pattern of Mushrooms in a vibrant gold and Ivory/White color. The textured or raised pattern is simply gorgeous. One of Culver's pinnacle patterns. Cheers.

Maker/era: Culver; Mid Century

A bit about this vintage manufacturer: Culver was famous for their stunning decorative glassware in 22-karat gold – think lavish and opulent cocktailware of the 1950s and 60s. In the late 1950’s, Culver started the application of the 22-karat gold to their glassware. Fun fact: the super-heated, roll-on process of gold remains a secret today. Culver comes in a variety of patterns including gilded mushrooms, owls, cats, wildlife, Egyptian or Asian inspired design themes, holiday designs, sports motifs and many others. Culver stopped producing its gold overlay pieces in the 1980s.

Hallmarks: The Culver signature can be found on 5 of the 6 glasses -- please note: some of the signatures aren't as "crisp" as others, but are all present on 5 of the 6 glasses.

Measurements: Each glass is approx 3 1/2" tall x 3 1/4" in diameter

Condition: Very, very good vintage condition with very mild signs of wear. The gold is extremely vibrant. The glass clarity is perfectly clear. There's some very, very minimal gold loss (and we mean very minimal/minor). No chips or nicks. In short, this set is in very good vintage condition and displays beautifully.

**On shipping: We take our packaging very seriously and carefully wrap all pieces well to ensure safe delivery. Please note: we are not making a penny on shipping. We pack our items securely to ensure safe arrival ( (especially our glassware, which means a larger, heavier box)! If you buy multiple pieces/sets, we will combine shipping if possible (glassware sets typically ship in their own box to ensure safe arrival) and will reimburse you for any shipping overages.

****Important to note pre-purchase: Buyers, please examine all photos carefully as we cannot accept returns due to the fragile nature (the possibility of breakage or damage when being shipped back) of our vintage/antique pieces. Our items are true vintage pieces that might have manufacturers flaws, flaws from age, or imperfections in general from being vintage. We try to explain the condition/description in an accurate and thorough manner but we ask that you please examine all photos carefully and ask all questions before purchasing an item as we are unable to accept returns due to the risk of breakage/damage. Cheers! L~
