A breath-taking 8-piece set by Culver. This set includes one tall martini/cocktail pitcher and 7 roly poly glasses. The pattern, "Regiment" features vibrant gold "crackle" rings with a dark green underneath to enhance the crackle design. The raised texture of these is simply incredible! The pictures don't do this set justice (we took photos in two different lighting settings to try and capture this set's true stunning factor). Truly a swoon-worthy set!
A quick summary about this glassware maker: Culver started the application of the 22-karat gold to their glassware. Fun fact: the super-heated, roll-on process of gold remains a secret today. Culver comes in a variety of patterns including gilded mushrooms, owls, cats, wildlife, Egyptian or Asian inspired design themes, scrolling leaf patterns, holiday designs, sports motifs and many others. The Regiment pattern is the essence of Hollywood Regency and vintage glam!

Condition: Very good vintage condition. This set displays beautifully. We're pretty type A about trying to capture the exact condition of our vintage sets, so here's a summary"
- the pitcher has some very minimal/general surface wear. It's signed (the signature is every so slightly faded).
- the pitcher has has a very, very superficial "scrape" in two areas on the inside of the glass (we suspect this occurred during manufacturing; it was impossible to capture in a photo but we're noting it here, in the summary
- the pitcher has one small rough spot on the bottom of the pitcher
- the roly poly glasses are all in very good condition. please note: these glasses were made in "molds" you and can see the "seam" on them (completely common with this pattern and many other MCM patterns/glassware); see photo #5 for reference
