A lovely Mid Century Atomic set by Bartlett Collins, their "Eclipse" pattern. This set includes 6 "zombie" (or tall) glasses and 4 small rocks glasses. This pattern features vibrant colored polka dots (yellow, Turquoise, green, yellow, red) overlapped with gold/bronze polka dots (the gold dots are closer to a "bronze" tone). And each piece has a very subtle, thin gold rim/accent. Truly a lovely retro set that screams Mid Century Atomic style.
This set includes 10 glasses: 6 tall glasses and 4 small rocks glasses.
Maker/pattern/era: Designed by Russel Wright for Bartlett Collins, "Eclipse", Mid Century
A quick summary on this glassware manufacturer: Bartlett-Collins was started in 1914 in Oklahoma when Bartlett, an Oklahoma oil man, teamed up with Collins, an East Coast glass man. Together they formed Bartlett -Collins. The company was noted for its hand-pressed and blown tableware, stemware, and kitchenware and some of their most popular Mid Century glasses include the North Star pattern and their "Under The Sea" seahorses pattern. The Eclipse pattern was created specifically for Bartlett Collins by Mid Century design Russel Wright.
Hallmarks: None
Measurements: The tall glasses measure 7" tall and just shy of 3" in diameter ; the small rocks glasses measure 2 3/4" in diameter and just shy of 2 3/4" in diameter- please note: the rocks glasses are very small (not a traditional large rocks glass)
Conditions Summary: Very good vintage condition overall with mild signs of age. The glass clarity is perfectly clear. Here's a full summary:
1) On the 4 small glasses: very, very minor what we refer to as "surface wear" from past handling, etc (extremely minor) -- overall the pattern is vibrant and the gold is in great shape.
2) On the 6 tall glasses: very minor what we refer to as "surface wear" from past handling, etc (extremely minor) -- overall the pattern is vibrant and the gold is in great shape.
3) Please note: there's general "age" that comes purely from time (i.e. to the enamel, the gold dots) as well as general "manufacturing occurrences" such as a tiny bubble trapped in the glass, or an extra dot of enamel or gold that made it onto the clear glass, etc. -- purely the nature of vintage glassware.
In short, these glasses are in very good vintage condition and display beautifully. Cheers.
**On shipping: We take our packaging very seriously and carefully wrap all pieces to ensure safe delivery. This set will packed well, which means a larger, heavier box.

Cheers!

We try to explain the condition/description in an accurate and thorough manner but we ask that you please examine all photos carefully and ask all questions before purchasing an item as we are unable to accept returns due to the risk of breakage/damage..
