A stunning and magical set of seven (7) Atomic glasses set by Fred Press. Such a lovely, retro pattern. This set includes: 2 Turquoise, 1 Yellow, 2 Pink, and 2 White. Each glass includes a "lined" pattern that has a raised texture to it along with vibrant gold starbursts. Similar to Culver and other MCM glassware makers, Fred Press used real 22k gold in their paint. All glasses are signed. Truly a gorgeous set that exudes Atomic Mid Century style.

A quick summary on this glassware maker: Mid-Century designer Fred Press was known for creating unique and stunning cocktail glassware (sold at places like New York’s Fifth Avenue and other upscale Mid Century retailers). As with many Mid Century glassware makers, real 22k gold was used in the paint. Fred Press glassware typically bares the signature "Fred Press". Best known for their Gold Starburst series, their patterns are unmistakable.
Hallmarks: All glasses are signed "Fred Press" in their respective color (i.e. the Turquoise glass is signed in Turquoise).
Measurements: Each highball glass is 5 1/2" tall by 2 3/4" in diameter
Condition: Very good vintage condition. All glasses have great clarity. The lined pattern is in great shape and vibrant. There's very, very minor general age to some of the gold starbursts but overall they're crisp and vibrant. Truly a stunning set.
