A fun set of 4 "Risque Pole Dancers" glasses (made by Libbey, 1970s). These whimsical, risque glasses include women (scantily clad) on poles. If you're looking for glassware that makes people blush, this set is for you. Cheers!

We have another set of 4, if you'd like a larger set.

Hallmarks: All glasses have a backward embossed "L" on the bottom (that is facing the correct way, when looking down into the glass) -- please note: the "L" didn't get as heavily embossed on these glasses, so it's not as pronounced/embossed.

Maker/era: Libbey, 1970s

A bit about this vintage manufacturer: The Libbey Glass Company has been manufacturing glassware since the 20th Century and is still producing high quality glassware today. Certain vintage Libbey glassware pieces (but not all of them, depending on the size and type of piece) is signed with a cursive “L” within a circle or ring. The mark actually appears backwards if viewed from outside of the glass, but it appears correctly when looking down through the inside. The Libbey Kit Kat Cool Cat glasses and their Atomic patterns remain some of their most sought after patterns.

Condition: Great vintage condition. The glass clarity is perfectly clear. The pattern is vibrant and crisp. Please note: two of the glasses have what looks like a subtle "wrinkle" in the glass on the bottom exterior. Both in the same spot due to a manufacturing occurrence. It's very subtle and purely the nature of Mid Century glassware but we like to be thorough in mentioning all things when it comes to our vintage glassware. Truly a fun, whimsical set.

Please note: Mid Century glassware often has imperfections (i.e. tiny bubbles in the glass, or a "seam" from when the glass was being created, an extra spot of gold or enamel that made it on a clear part of the glass, etc -- purely the nature of vintage glassware).

Measurements: Each glass measures 7" tall x 2 1/2" in diameter

**On shipping: We take our packaging very seriously and carefully wrap all pieces well to ensure safe delivery.

****Important to note pre-purchase: Buyers, please examine all photos carefully as we cannot accept returns due to the fragile nature (the possibility of breakage or damage when being shipped back) of our vintage/antique pieces. Our items are true vintage pieces that might have manufacturers flaws, flaws from age, or imperfections in general from being vintage. We try to explain the condition/description in an accurate and thorough manner but we ask that you please examine all photos carefully and ask all questions before purchasing an item as we are unable to accept returns due to the risk of breakage/damage.
