A lovely vintage "graduated" cocktail shaker by Egan cork, circa 1940s. This silver-plated shaker has a magical feel to it. It features a "graduated" design and although it's not a large cocktail shaker, it's heavier in weight and well-crafted. This shaker is comprised of 3 pieces: the graduated shaker, the lid (which includes a strainer) and the cap (which has a ribbed detailing). The lid purposefully has a "concave" middle. Truly a magical piece of antique barware.

Maker: Egan Cork

Measurements: Approx. 9 1/4" tall

Hallmarks: Egan Cork can be found on the bottom of the shaker

Condition: Good vintage condition overall with age/wear inline with a piece that's 80 years old. We're pretty Type A about the exact condition of our vintage pieces, so here's a full summary:

- The strainer rim has a slight ding on one side (see photo #9)
- There's wear to the silver-plating on the very bottom interior of the shaker (see photo #8)
- There's patina and tarnish
- There's general surface wear
- There's mild wear to some areas of the silver-plating here and there

Please note: the lid is "concave" by design (this is not a dent). See photo #7 for reference.

In short, this shaker is in good vintage condition with signs of age and wear. It displays beautifully and has a bit of a magical feel to it.

**Please Note: we typically do not test our shakers for leakage. We offer a variety of vintage shakers (both usable as well as collectible/display only). We are happy to put our shaker through a thorough leakage test (which involves filling it with liquid and rigorously shaking it) -- please message us if you'd like us to test this particular shaker. Cheers!

**On shipping: We take our packaging very seriously and carefully wrap all pieces to ensure safe delivery.

Our items are true vintage pieces that might have manufacturers flaws, flaws from age, or imperfections in general from being vintage. We try to explain the condition/description in an accurate and thorough manner but we ask that you please examine all photos carefully and ask all questions before purchasing an item as we are unable to accept returns due to the risk of breakage/damage.
