A stunning set of 6 rocks glasses by Cera. These glasses are simply breath-taking and feature blue and pink leaves with gold accents. These glasses are solid and heavier in weight and well-crafted. Truly a stunning set.
Hallmarks: All glasses bare a small "Cera" signature in gold
Maker/Era: Cera Glass; 1960s
A bit about this vintage manufacturer: Cera Glass was made in Hackensack, NJ, USA, in the 1950s & 60s. They created elegant cocktail glasses, barware and other specialty pieces, which were sold in high end department stores of the era. Anthony Velonis, who was already a famous WPA silkscreener and artist, started the Cera Glass Company which pioneered methods of silkscreen printing on glass. Their glassware typically bares the signature "Cera", although not all patterns did.
Measurements: A tad over 4 1/4" tall x a tad over 3 1/2" in diameter (these are larger-sized rocks glasses)
Condition: Very good vintage condition. These glasses have been in a display cabinet for years. The gold is vibrant. There's mild "age" that comes purely from time but overall the gold and blue/pink enamel is in good shape. Good glass clarity (no cloudiness). No chips or nicks. In short, beyond mild "age" that comes purely from time, these glasses are in very good vintage condition and display beautifully.
In short, this set is in very, very good vintage condition. Truly a lovely set of low ball glasses.
General Vintage Glassware Disclaimer: Mid Century glassware often has imperfections (i.e. tiny bubbles in the glass, or a "seam" from when the glass was being created, an extra spot of gold or enamel that made it on a clear part of the glass, etc -- purely the nature of vintage glassware).
**On shipping: We take our packaging very seriously and carefully wrap all pieces to ensure safe delivery. Please note: we're not making a penny on shipping. We pack our glassware well to ensure safe arrival, which means a larger, heavier box. Cheers!

Cheers!

Our items are true vintage pieces that might have manufacturers flaws, flaws from age, or imperfections in general from being vintage. We try to explain the condition/description in an accurate and thorough manner but we ask that you please examine all photos carefully and ask all questions before purchasing an item as we are unable to accept returns due to the risk of breakage.
