Swoon alert! A stunning set of 6 highball glasses that feature pastel colors and a vibrant Atomic style gold "square" (that's comprised of a bunch of tiny squares that make up the single larger square). They also have a subtle, thin gold rim accent. These glasses are true skyball (or zombie glasses measuring 7" tall). We took photos in two different lighting settings to try and capture their stunning factor. The pastel colors are simply gorgeous; the gold extremely bright and vibrant. The colors include: 2 Turquoise blue, 2 pastel green, 2 pink (what we'd call a Salmon pink tone). Truly a gorgeous Mid Century Modern set.
Hallmarks: None -- we've often seen these glasses as "Bartlett Collins" (as they're similar in pastel colors to the Bartlett Collins "North Star" glasses/pattern) but we haven't been able to confirm that.
Measurements: 7" tall x 2 1/4" in diameter
Condition: Very good vintage condition. There are a few manufacturing occurrences (completely common with Mid Century glassware) including: an extra spot of gold on the gold rim of one of the Salmon pink glasses (see photo, where our finger is pointing). A couple of the glasses have a slightly darker "paint" in a few spots (purely the way the glasses were made and how the color was applied to each glass). No chips or nicks. In short, these glasses are in very good vintage condition but do have a handful of manufacturing occurrences that can be seen. They display beautifully. Cheers!
*Again, please note: Mid Century glassware often has imperfections (i.e. tiny bubbles in the glass, or a "seam" from when the glass was being created, an extra spot of gold or enamel that made it on a clear part of the glass, etc -- purely the nature of vintage glassware).
