A gorgeous Mid Century set by West Virginia Glass Co. This "Orchard" fruit embossed set is downright gorgeous with real 22k gold accents around the tops of the collins glasses as and accents on the pitcher. There are 5 Collins glasses (cherries, oranges, grapes, plums, and peaches) and the pitcher has pears on one side and apples on the other). The vibrancy of the fruit colors is truly stunning. Measurements: the pitcher measures 11" tall x 4 1/4" in diameter; the Collins glasses measure 6 3/4" tall x 2 1/2" in diameter.
Hallmarks: Please note: West Virginia Glass Co did not hallmark their glasses with a signature but a tiny gold foil sticker that was often removed during purchase or before being displayed.
Condition: Pristine condition. No chips or cracks, zero flaws in the glasses. The floral/fencing pattern is perfect and incredibly vibrant. This set appears to have never been used. Truly a magnificent set.
