A stunning set of 12 sterling silver Art Deco rooster cocktail / olive picks, in their original box, 1930s. It doesn't get any more stunning than this set! The detailing and texture of these picks (from the rooster's feathers to the beak) is simply lovely. These picks feature a rooster finial (each one has a small "hook" on the back, so when the pick is not in use, can "hang" on the rim of the cocktail glass) and pronged tips. The hard-sided case is equally stunning and features an Ivory exterior with a silver cris cross pattern and brass clasp with a navy blue interior. Truly a breath-taking set that has a magical feel to it.
Condition: Good vintage condition overall with signs of age. The picks are in very good shape but do show mild tarnish (we have not polished them). The case in in good shape overall but does show mild age in a few places including one corner of the blue interior and the brass clasp doesn't close directly over the button, so it doesn't clasp properly. In short, this set of picks is in good vintage condition overall with signs of age. Truly a stunning set.
