Swoon alert! A gorgeous (and rare) set of 8 Atomic "Sooner" highball tumblers by Mid Century glassware maker Bartlett Collins. Still in their original box (NOS, new old stock), with their original inspection card. It doesn't get anymore Atomic era than this set! These glasses are the most stunning colors of Turquoise blue, vibrant yellow, pastel green, and orange. Their tall slender shape (referred to as "zombie") is downright magical. This swoon-worthy set is the epitome of Atomic 1950s style. Truly a magical and stunning set of retro tumblers.

Maker/era: Bartlett Collins, 1950s

A quick summary on this glassware manufacturer: Bartlett-Collins was started in 1914 in Oklahoma when Bartlett, an Oklahoma oil man, teamed up with Collins, an East Coast glass man. Together they formed Bartlett -Collins. The company was noted for its hand-pressed and blown tableware, stemware, and kitchenware and some of their most popular Mid Century glasses include the North Star pattern and their "Under The Sea" seahorses pattern.

Hallmarks: Bartlett Collins did not sign/include a signature on most of their patterns including this one. The box is hallmarked.

Measurements: 7" tall x 2 3/4" in diameter

Condition: Pristine. This set is NOS (new old stock) and has been stored away for years, never used. The glasses are pristine. The box has some typical age and wear including mild "yellowing" that card-board gets over the course of decades. In short, this set has never been used. Truly a magical set.
