A lovely set of silver-plated Julep cups by Towle Silversmiths, 1970s. These vintage Julep cups are simply lovely and feature the classic "tapered" design with a thicker footed base and beading detailing along the base and top. Heavier in weight, these cups are solid and well-crafted. Truly a lovely set.

Condition Summary: Very good vintage condition with very minor age. These cups appear to be NOS (new old stock) as they all still have their cotton and plastic bags on them. The silver-plating is incredibly vibrant overall. Please note a few things: There's minor tarnish in a few places (these have never been polished) including tarnish on the very bottom exteriors as well as minor age (not from use, but purely from time). And this is nit-picky but one of the cup's bottom rims isn't perfectly round. It's 99% round and it's so subtle it's hardly detectable, but we like to be thorough when it comes to our vintage sets (please see photo #9, the cup on the right). There's also a few tarnish spots along the bottom rims (see the very last photo as an example). In short, these cups are in good shape and appeared to be new old stock. Truly a stunning set.
