A magical set of "Rx" Old-Fashioned cocktail glasses, Mid Century. These vintage glasses are simply spectacular. They have a thick enameled pattern with "Rx" on the front and various Rx designs on the back. Heavier in weight, these glasses have flared tops and bottoms and feature a two-tone color design in blue, brown, yellow, orange, red and green. Such a neat set. These vintage glasses are just what the doctor prescribed (we couldn't resist ;) Cheers.

Maker: These glasses were made for TUMS (the antacid manufacturer) in the 1960s by Lewis-Howe Co.
Hallmarks: No hallmarks
Measurements: Each glass is 3 1/2" height, 3 1/4" diameter
Condition: Excellent condition. The enamel is vibrant. The glass has perfect clarity (no cloudiness). There are a few manufacturing occurrences (completely common with Mid Century glassware) including a small area on the green glass enamel where you can see a thin lighter line (when they applied the pattern to the glass). It so so incredibly subtle it's hard to detect, but we like to be thorough. In short, these Mid Century glasses are in very, very good vintage condition. Truly a magical set.
