A magical vintage silver cocktail spoon that measures just shy of 12" in length. Early 1940s. Made of sterling silver, this piece features a twisted stem and "squared" stem (the squared stem can be found in between the twisted portions) and a "wheat stalk" finial that curls into a circle in the back. We zoomed in on several photos to try and capture the detailing of the finial along with the stunning patina. This piece has a magical patina to it.
This would be a neat piece for a whiskey enthusiast as Bourbon and Rye are made of wheat. (along with other grains as well as corn). Truly a stunning and rare mixing spoon. Cheers.
Hallmarks: "Old Crest" and "Sterling" can be found on the back stem of the spoon
Measurements: Just shy of 12" in length (a tad over 11 3/4" in length)
Condition: Good vintage condition overall with general "age". The spoon itself is in great shape but please note this piece has a patina, which is part of it's magic. It displays beautifully. Cheers!
