A gorgeous vintage sterling silver cocktail spoon by Rand & Crane that measures just shy of 14" in length (13 3/4" in length). Circa early 1940s. This stunning Art Deco bar spoon features a dramatic curved handle and larger spoon bed. When not in use, the spoon will rest perfectly on it's spoon bed and handle tip. Heavier in weight, this piece is solid and well-crafted. Truly a stunning Art Deco designed spoon. It has a magical feel to it.
Hallmarks: "Sterling" and "Rand & Crane" can be found on the back of the spoon's stem
Measurements: Approx 13 3/4" in length (this spoon weighs 60 grams)
Condition: Very good vintage condition overall with mild signs of age. We like to be thorough when it comes to our vintage pieces, so here's a full summary:
1) There's mild what we refer to as "general surface wear" (from past handling, etc) that can include micro fine scratches, scrapes, etc.
2) There' a micro small (pinhead size) dark age spot on the front spoon bed (we have not polished this piece)
