A lovely set of four silver-plated Julep cups by Towle Silversmiths, 1970s. These vintage Julep cups are simply lovely and feature the classic "tapered" design with a thicker footed base and beading detailing along the base and top. Heavier in weight, these cups are solid and well-crafted. Truly a lovely set.
Measurements: each cup is just shy of 4 1/2" tall x 3 1/4" in diameter

Hallmarks: Each cup has "Towle Silversmiths Since 1690" on the bottom
Condition: Good vintage condition but with noticeable signs of age and wear. We're listing these cups as "good" due to the tarnish, some shallow dings, and general surface wear. We like to be thorough so here's a full summary:
1) Cup one has a shallow ding (1/8" in length) in the middle of the cup and another tiny ding at the very base of the cup
2) Cup two has a small ding at the very base of the cup
3) Cup three has a small ding at the very base of the cup
4) Cup four doesn't have any dings.
And please note: these cups have some very subtle micro small "age spots" to the very interior of the bottoms (it was tough to capture in a photo, so we're noting it here. In short, these cups are in good condition overall but do show signs of age, surface wear, tarnish, and some dings.
